About the Role We're on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a dynamic and growing manufacturing team in Scunthorpe. This hands-on role is key to keeping operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently across the site. You'll be part of a collaborative maintenance team, working cross-functionally to reduce downtime, improve systems, and support continuous improvement. ?? Key Responsibilities ? Electrical & Mechanical Systems Implement and manage electrical/mechanical systems to ensure smooth factory operations.Develop and maintain a structured PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) program.Review and revise systems to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. ?? Testing & Inspections Conduct routine inspections and maintenance across the site.Perform on-site product testing in line with health & safety and legal standards.Investigate breakdowns and support root cause analysis. ?? Continuous Improvement Carry out repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to enhance performance.Recommend and implement process improvements. ??
