Role OverviewAs a Reactive Maintenance Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient management of all reactive maintenance requests. Acting as the central point of contact, you will co-ordinate contractors, internal teams and suppliers while keeping tenants fully informed throughout the process.You will play a key role in ensuring maintenance issues are resolved quickly, safely and with minimal disruption, always delivering a high level of customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all incoming reactive maintenance requests and log accuratelyPrioritise and allocate work to contractors and internal teamsLiaise with contractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed efficientlyKeep tenants and clients updated on progress, timescales and outcomesMonitor job status to ensure timely completion and high-quality workmanshipMaintain detailed and accurate maintenance records and job historiesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, contractors and suppliersEnsure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company proceduresTrack maintenance performance and support process improvementsPerson SpecificationPrevious experience in property, facilities or a similar customer-facing environmentStrong customer service focus with a calm and professional approachExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple reactive tasks under pressureStrong communication skills across phone, email and face-to-faceConfident building relationships with contractors, suppliers and internal teamsProactive and solution-focused mindsetWhat We’re Looking ForA highly responsive and service-driven individual
