You will lead a team of machinists, manage workflow and resource allocation, and maintain operational efficiency and safety within the workshop environment.Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise machinists and workshop personnel, ensuring efficient and effective operations.Allocate daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.Plan and manage workflow to meet customer and production requirements.Ensure all components and materials are available to meet production schedules.Manage timekeeping, attendance, and discipline within the team.Provide training and guidance to machinists to develop their skills and ensure consistent output.Operate manual and CNC machinery, including lathes and pillar drills, as required.Read and interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine job requirements.Select appropriate machines and tools, and set operating parameters such as feed rates and speeds.Inspect finished products to ensure quality and conformance with specifications.Maintain accurate records of production, defects, and quality checks.Perform routine maintenance on machinery and coordinate repa
