We are seeking multiple Machine Operators / FLT Drivers to support the continued growth of their Operations team. This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced environment, offering a high level of variety and involvement across all areas of warehouse activity. This multi-skilled role provides the opportunity to contribute to key operational functions including picking and packing, product processing, goods in/out, and forklift operation. The successful candidates will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe movement of products throughout the facility, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack customer orders in line with operational requirements Measure, cut, and label products to precise specifications Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock effectively Prepare, load, and dispatch outgoing deliveries Operate Counterbalance and/or Reach FLT equipment safely and competently Maintain accurate stock records and update systems accordingly Ensure the working area remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards Candidate Requirements Previous experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is desirable; experience with cables or electrical products is advantageous but not essential
