  • wynagrodzenie brutto: 67 032,00 – 74 772,00 PLN rocznie

Opis roli:

Dołącz do AB Neo jako Operator Maszyn. To rola dla osoby, która dba o bezpieczeństwo, jakość i sprawny przebieg procesu wytwarzania pasz, pracując w ścisłej współpracy z zespołem i Liderem zmiany.


Zakres obowiązków:

  • obsługa maszyn produkcyjnych (mikronizator, granulator, automat/półautomat pakujący, wialnia)
  • pakowanie wyrobów zgodnie z zasadami i standardami firmy
  • kontrola ilościowa i jakościowa produktów
  • dbanie o właściwe wykorzystanie surowców i zapobieganie marnotrawstwu
  • dbanie o stan techniczny narzędzi i urządzeń, zgłaszanie usterek oraz zapobieganie przestojom/awariom
  • zabezpieczanie urządzeń i pomieszczeń po zakończonej pracy
  • przestrzeganie zasad BHP oraz procedur jakości i bezpieczeństwa pasz (w tym TACCP/VACCP) oraz prawidłowa segregacja odpadów
  • wykonywanie zadań zleconych przez przełożonego w obszarze produkcji oraz reagowanie na łamanie zasad wewnętrznych

Wymagania:

  • wykształcenie średnie
  • doświadczenie w pracy na produkcji lub w obszarze magazynowym
  • umiejętność obsługi maszyn (lub gotowość do nauki)
  • nastawienie na usprawnianie procesów i ciągłe doskonalenie
  • umiejętność pracy zespołowej
  • dobra organizacja pracy
  • komunikatywność
  • asertywność w wyrażaniu opinii i rekomendowaniu rozwiązań
