Responsibilities: Develop and maintain probabilistic modelsDesign microstructure-driven analytics and signalsBuild and train toxic-flow and adverse-selection classifiersCollaborate with engineering teams to productionize quantitative models,Conduct deep research on blockchain data, market mechanisms, and protocol behaviours, transforming raw on-chain datasets into insights that strengthen the reliability and robustness of next-generation Web3 platforms.
