Lounge Manager – London Heathrow (LHR) Location: London Heathrow - T4Salary: £37,000 - £42,000Reporting to: Station Manager LHRHours: 37.5 a week, Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm About the Role I am recruiting for a dynamic and customer-focused Lounge Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of my clients London Heathrow Lounge, ensuring it consistently delivers the exceptional standards expected by the Airline and their partner airlines. This is a key role responsible for shaping the customer experience for their most valued clients, developing commercial opportunities, and ensuring the Lounge remains competitive, profitable and aligned with quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison between the Airline and partner airlines, the Lounge operator and other airport stakeholders—ensuring seamless operations, outstanding hospitality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Lead and supervise daily Lounge operations through the Lounge operator to deliver a premium customer experience.Provide coaching and guidance to the Lounge Operator’s team.Communicate all Lounge updates to customer airlines and internal customer experience teams.Maintain branding and ensure all customer experience KPIs are consistently met.Respond proactively to customer feedback, audits, and service issues.Ensure full compliance with health & safety, airport regulations and policies. Budget & Commercial Management Manage a Lounge budget with strong focus on cost control and return on investment.Monitor passenger volumes, spending trends and operational efficiency.Oversee Lounge operator expenditure to ensure delivery
