We’re looking for an experienced AI video creator / prompt engineer who can produce high-quality, realistic UGC-style ad videos using AI tools. Our target audience is women aged 40–55, and we need emotionally relatable testimonial-style videos for Facebook and Instagram Ads. You’ll be responsible for generating, editing, and delivering ready-to-run vertical ad videos (25–30 seconds) using AI tools such as: - HeyGen / Kie.ai / Synthesia / Pika / Runway / Kling AI - ElevenLabs for realistic voiceovers - CapCut / Descript / Runway for captions and final editing We already have working scripts, avatars, and visual references — your job is to replicate that style and then help us scale it by building a light automation system that generates multiple daily variations for testing (different avatars, emotional tones, lighting, or hooks). Responsibilities - Recreate human-style testimonial videos from our provided examples - Generate natural emotion, lighting, and pacing using AI tools - Sync realistic voiceovers (female, 40–55 yrs tone) - Add subtitles, text overlays, and clean transitions - Export in 9:16 format optimized for Meta ads - Maintain a workflow to create 5–10 new ad variations daily - Collaborate with our creative strategist to test and improve performance Requirements - Proven experience using tools like HeyGen, Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, or similar - Strong understanding of UGC ad styles and Meta creative best practices - Ability to write and format AI prompts that control tone, emotion, and scene composition - Knowledge of voice synthesis tools (e.g., ElevenLabs) - Eye for detail, lighting, realism, and human emotion - (Bonus) Automation experience with Zapier / Make.com / CapCut API If you have read all the requirements, please start your cover letter with #iamtheone.
