Hourly pay rate:
£18.00 per hour

Mid-40s woman with health issues and hidden disabilities seeking a self-employed PA for around 5 hours a week, weekdays. Support includes morning routines, housework, meal prep, dog walking, admin reminders, and help with hobbies. Fatigue and symptoms fluctuate, so patience and understanding of neurodiversity are essential.

You’ll be organised, dog-confident, happy with some cleaning, and able to make simple meals. Must be HMRC-registered with liability insurance.

£18/hour (car use compensated).
Weekdays, times flexible.
Lindfield, Haywards Heath

Duties include:
- Medication prompting/administering
- Other relevant duties as required
- Administration
- Housekeeping
- Shopping
- Cooking
- Looking after pets
- Gardening

Candidate qualities:

- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties

- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
