We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team and help connect new leads with our clients. If you’ve got some experience setting appointments, are confident on the phone, and can communicate fluently in English, we’ll give you the tools, training, and support to succeed. Hours: 9am - 5pm Eastern Time (you’ll need to be comfortable working these hours) Location: 100% remote Pay: $800 USD/month base + performance bonuses OTE (On-Target Earnings): ~$1,000/month Potential to earn $1,200+ What You’ll Be Doing Calling new inbound leads generated from our clients’ ad campaigns Rescheduling no-shows and cancellations to get them back on the calendar Making quick reminder calls so appointments actually show up Following up on engaged responses from our own lead gen efforts and converting them into bookings Using our fully built CRM and dialing system (we handle the tracking, so you just focus on conversations) What We’re Looking For Some appointment-setting experience (you know the basics already) Fluent English (you’ll be speaking with American leads) Comfortable on the phone.
