I am looking for a highly reliable, fast and organised personal administrative assistant to support me with all my personal and household admin tasks. This is a long-term role (12+ months) after a short 2-week paid trial. You must be extremely detail-oriented, trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential information. Main tasks include: Car insurance quotes, renewals, tax reminders UK household admin: TV licence, MOT reminders, broadband, utilities Booking flights, trains, medical visits, exams Handling refunds, complaints, claims Subscriptions management (SIM, platforms, memberships) Checking best deals and switching providers Managing credit card reminders, payments and renewals Coordinating household tasks & reminders Email sorting, inbox clean-up, calendar reminders Filing documents (PDF/Excel) and tracking recurring deadlines Online research and quick data-entry tasks Form filling, document submission, calling companies and waiting on hold Basic troubleshooting (software / account lockouts) What I need from you: Must be extremely fast at replying (within minutes during working hours) Excellent English Very strong organisational skills Ability to work in the UK timezone: mornings (9–13 UK) High integrity and full respect of confidentiality Ability to learn quickly and follow SOPs Long-term availability (12+ months) Very fast responder and proactive problem solver Working hours: Around 1–2 hours/day depending on tasks (flexible). This role can grow over time. Salary: $3–5/hour depending on experience. Important: There will be a short practical test and a paid trial to ensure perfect fit.
