Timing wise it would be about 8:15am to noon. We would want mostly shots (of consenting) attendees, and some video. We do have some attendees that have declined media capture so in post and during the event we would want to make sure that their interests are respected. Content capture (photo and video) as well as one round of edits. In terms of working relationship the attendees are in finance so want someone with the right energy to help them feel relaxed in the images and also to ensure we get good coverage of the room.
