Job Title London Operations Team LeadLocation LondonCorporate Title Vice President Trust and Agency Services Operations (TAS Ops) provides a range of services and functions to Trust and Agency Services Business. A key function within TAS OPS is management of Strategic Change Projects and the application of Agile Principles to our change program. This role will report into the EMEA Head of TAS Operations, managing the London TAS Operations teams which provide a localized support and management oversight function for the TAS Business owning all management and resolution of issue requiring escalation to resolution. To provide remote direction to DIPL OFFSHORE TEAM, to identify servicing needs for new product structures and to ensure to ensure that all operational responsibilities are understood and effectively processed. To ensure that a high level of customer service is provided to clients, both internal and external and to oversee that daily processing is carried out effectively and accurately whilst providing expertise to both improve workflows and the technical ability of DIPL OFFSHORE TEAM. Provide a detailed knowledge of operational taxes in relation to the internal and external reporting and obligations of the TAS business.
