We are looking for an AI Automation Expert to streamline our operations and create systems that help us run our comedy club more efficiently. We operate two venues in Kings Cross, London, and we're looking for someone who can build smart solutions to automate repetitive tasks. Key Responsibilities/Tasks: - Create and fine-tune Zapier automations; - Set up Google Sheets automations; Improve and optimise our Monday.com workflows; - Connect our ticket selling partners to Monday.com and Google Sheets for live sales updates; - Improve our Monday.com comedian booking system; - Build AI agents (for blog post writing, for example) using N8N; - Create video and written tutorials to train team members on new tools and processes; The Ideal Candidate: You're someone who sees a manual process and immediately thinks about how it could be automated. You enjoy problem-solving and can translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience with entertainment or event management businesses is helpful but not required!
