Logistics, Inventory & Warehouse Manager (On-site) Job Summary:We're seeking a dynamic Logistics, Inventory & Warehouse Manager to lead our clients expanding operation who will form part of the Site Leadership team and will report directly to the Head of Operations.This role is not only about managing day-to-day operations but also about driving organisational change, ensuring staff adoption of new technology, and embedding a culture of right first time & continuous improvement. The successful candidate will combine operational expertise with strong change management skills to deliver a seamless transformation. Key Responsibilities:Change & Transition Leadership• Champion the move from manual processes to ERP-based scanner systems.• Lead change management initiatives, ensuring clear communication and staff buy-in.• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to warehouse and transport teams.• Develop new SOPs and workflows aligned with ERP capabilities.• Monitor adoption rates, identify resistance, and implement solutions. Warehouse Operations:• Oversee daily operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.• Improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse processes.• Optimise warehouse layout and implement best practices. Inventory Management:• Achieve high inventory accuracy through ERP scanning and process controls.• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and root-cause analysis for discrepancies.• Drive continuous improvement in stock control processes.
