Gushen UK Limited, based in Selby, North Yorkshire, is part of the Gushen's global network. In line with our rapid business growth, we are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our activities in the UK and related markets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Develop a thorough understanding of Gushen's products, processes, and operations to effectively manage customer service inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.

- Accurately process and document customer orders; precision and attention to detail are critical.

- Responsible for import custom clearance, inbound and outbound logistics, stock control, and inventory coordination.

- Support the sales team in carrying out daily administrative and business tasks, including sales operations and general office duties.

- Assist in analyzing sales data and reviewing sales trends to support business decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with data entry and documentation is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

- Well-organized and naturally structured in work habits.

- Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Interest in food and soy-related products is highly desirable.

- Driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
