Job Title - Logistics AdminLocation - RotherhamFully on site basedSalary - £26 - 28k per annumBenefits: 25 Days Hol, Westfield Health, Pension, Gym Contribution Elevation Recruitment are working exclusively with a business in Rotherham to support with the recruitment of a Logistics Administrator to join on a permanent basis.The Logistics admin will support with the accurate co-ordination of logistics operations for the business. The role handles logistics documentation, manages inventory and liaises with both internal and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining our quality expectations, ensuring efficiency and delivery excellent customer service. Main Duties of the Logistics Admin include: Handle Logistics documentsWork closely with the customer service team to deal with any complaints or queries in relation to logistics or packages sent.Track orders - ensure they are sent out on timeCollate shipping invoices and point of saleSupport with stock counts to ensure stock is kept at the right levelProvide customer centric and professional updates on delivery and complaints.Ensure that departmental quality procedures and policies are adhered too. Work to KPIS for delivery rate and customer satisfaction scores.Work closely with internal stakeholders including customer service, warehouse and procurement. The ideal candidate looking for a logistics admin will ideally have: Prior experience of working within a Warehouse environment Knowledge of shipping processesFamiliarity dealing with freight companiesSAP is desirable but not essentialA can do attitude to support the team not necessarily with just your job roleExcellent communication skillsAttention to det
