About the Role Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, in a roving role as and when needed, A real opportunity to work across various sites. You’ll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact—driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home. In this role you will: Support different sites in Victoria Western and regional areas in a locum capacity Find the best way forward for our residents and people Run a tight ship - maintaining efficiency and operational safety Keep the lights on and making sure revenue targets are met Inspire your team to perform and grow Build ties with the community to everyone’s benefit You’ll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management.
