We are hiring a Locum Litigator for a 3 month contract in South Yorkshire with hybrid working. You'll be working across family, probate disputes, property litigation, commercial disputes, landlord-tenant issues, professional negligence and some personal injury. Description The Locum Litigator will be: Managing a mixed caseload including family law (disputes, child arrangements), probate litigation and estate disputesHandling property litigation matters (landlord & tenant, leasehold/freehold disputes, possession claims)Acting on commercial disputes including professional negligence and some personal injury workConducting client meetings, drafting advices, pleadings, settlement negotiations and court hearingsWorking both remotely and at the firm's South Yorkshire baseReporting to the Head of Litigation and collaborating with paralegals and support staff to ensure smooth case progressionEnsuring compliance with internal risk, quality and client-care standards Profile The Locum Litigator should be: A solicitor (or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE in a litigation environmentExperienced across a broad mix of dispute types (commercial, property, landlord & tenant, probate, personal injury)Comfortable drafting and managing pleadings, hearings, negotiations and client advices independentlyAble to work autonomously un
