• Job Overview
• Pulse is currently seeking an experienced Band 7 Pharmacist to join the oncology pharmacy team in Oxford. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a leading NHS Trust, providing specialist clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients and supporting safe and effective cancer treatment pathways.
• The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Key Responsibilities
• Deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services within oncology.
• Provide expert advice on chemotherapy protocols and cancer medicines.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimise treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to governance standards.
• Contribute to audits, service development, and clinical governance initiatives.
• Qualifications and Experience
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Previous NHS experience is essential.
• Extensive clinical experience in oncology pharmacy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
