- Job Overview
- Pulse is currently seeking an experienced Band 7 Pharmacist to join the oncology pharmacy team in Oxford. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a leading NHS Trust, providing specialist clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients and supporting safe and effective cancer treatment pathways.
- The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services within oncology.
- Provide expert advice on chemotherapy protocols and cancer medicines.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimise treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to governance standards.
- Contribute to audits, service development, and clinical governance initiatives.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Previous NHS experience is essential.
- Extensive clinical experience in oncology pharmacy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
