Responsibilities: Mastery of Google Business Profiles (GBP): Claim, verify, and optimize client listings, ensuring maximum visibility and searchability. Craft compelling descriptions, manage categories, upload high-quality photos, and manage reviews professionally. In-depth Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive local keyword research, analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses, and develop data-driven strategies to dominate local search rankings. Expert Backlink Building: Secure high-quality citations from relevant directories, local publications, and community hubs to bolster local authority and trust signals. On-page Optimization: Enhance client websites for local search success with optimized title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, and location-specific content. Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor performance with industry-standard analytics tools, analyze ranking fluctuations, and make data-driven adjustments to maintain continuous growth. Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and adapt to Google algorithm updates and emerging local SEO trends. Seamless Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and web development teams to create a holistic local SEO strategy that drives leads and conversions. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in local SEO with a demonstrably successful track record of improving GBP ranking and website traffic. Advanced understanding of Google's local search algorithms, GBP optimization best practices, and local link building strategies. Proficiency in keyword research, on-page SEO, Google Analytics, competitive analysis, and content creation (local content a plus!).
