We are supporting one of the top four financial consultancies and a leading global investment bank. Looking for Loans Documentation Specialists to be part of the Credit Loans Middle Office Team. You must have experience of Loan Market Association (LMA) and/or Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA).Your team will support a range of business areas with the origination, syndication and secondary market trading of performing and non-performing loans.As part of your role, you will ensure efficient pre-trade due diligence, execution and settlement across both primary and secondary loans.Role: Loans Documentation SpecialistDay rate: £250 per day (inside IR35)Pay framework: Umbrella CompanyStart date: ASAPContract length: 6 months (with possible extension)Location: Central London – onsite full time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:30Key responsibilities:Support the team to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the firm’s risk positions and resolve any trade settlement issuesMonitor trading systems for new trades and confirm trades with external clientsDraft, review and negotiate transfer documents including trade confirmations and transfer certificatesLiaise with Legal, Compliance, Credit, Trading Desks, and Agency and Servicing teams to ensure approvals are obtained and pricing/cashflows are agreed, reconciled and settledEssential skills:Essential: Understanding of Loan Market Association (LMA) and/or Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) standards are an absolute must.Essential: Experience with ClearParKnowledge and previous experience in Bank Loans Closing, Servicing or Agency activityExperience navigating Loan Credit AgreementsDon’t delay – apply today
