Team/Role OverviewThe Secondary Loans Trading team primary focus is the settlement of Loans in the secondary market. This also encompasses maintenance of these loans throughout the loan lifecycle as well as entity set up. The Loan Settlements Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. What you'll do This role will manage and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process. Activities will include independently processing and closing loans within a complex loans operation environment with a focus on Secondary Loan Trading.
