The principals are a young couple who are generous, kind and respectful, and who value and appreciate their household staff. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who combines warmth, intelligence and cultural awareness with the ability to support the girls’ daily routines and development.The role requires excellent manners, a good level of English, and native Arabic would be a bonus. You will create a warm yet structured environment, encourage good behaviour, and engage the girls in age appropriate activities, play and gentle learning. A background working with young children in private households is essential. Experience within UHNW or high profile families is preferred.This is a fully staffed household. The position focuses solely on the care, upbringing and positive development of the girls. The family is warm and relaxed in day to day style while maintaining high standards for manners, behaviour and emotional confidence. Cultural consideration and respect for the family’s Muslim values are essential.Responsibilities• Daily care, routines and school runs as needed• Age appropriate play, reading and gentle learning support including homework supervision when required• Organise and maintain consistent daily and bedtime routines• Children’s wardrobe management including laundry coordination, seasonal rotation and packing for trips• Plan and arrange playdates, activities and outings in collaboration with other staff• Liaise with parents, the household PA, nannies and other staff
