This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor ready to take a role in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. About the Role: You will join a busy department handling a wide range of landlord and tenant litigation matters, from standard and accelerated possession claims to defended proceedings. You’ll join a team of Fee Earners and Paralegals and contribute to the complex legal work. Key Responsibilities: Attend legal update conferences (virtual/in-person)Undertake fee-earning work on defended and complex casesDraft legal documents and comply with court directionsIssue possession claims via online systems and manual applicationsPrepare instructions for counsel and advocatesProduce possession notices and maintain case management spreadsheets What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Solicitor who is passionate about property law and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
