No agencies. Individual freelancers only. Summary We’re an early-stage B2B SaaS platform (Stratavor) transforming raw accounting data into board-ready insights using AI and automated reporting. We’re entering our beta phase and want to establish a high-authority content presence targeted at CFOs, CEOs, FP&A leaders, and strategic finance operators. We’re looking for a LinkedIn + HubSpot-savvy strategist who understands C-suite psychology, B2B SaaS positioning, and how to craft content that resonates with senior financial decision-makers. This is not a content-factory or posting job, This is an advisory engagement to design the strategy, narrative, and playbook that we will execute internally. Successful freelancers will be re-engaged for ongoing work once we scale. ⸻ What We Need Right Now (Advisory Scope) A 60–90 minute consultation + a short strategic plan covering: 1. LinkedIn Strategy (Founder + Company) • Content pillars tailored to CFOs / finance leaders • Thought-leadership positioning for the founder • Narrative architecture for beta launch and early demand • Tone, style, and examples of high-performing posts • LinkedIn profile optimisation (founder + company page) • Early distribution tactics (organic, manual, and targeted) 2. HubSpot Alignment • How best to integrate content with HubSpot’s CRM, lead flows, CTAs, and email sequences • Suggestions for beta-stage nurture paths • How content should support early outbound efforts 3. Go-To-Market Messaging • Feedback on existing materials (we have premium board-pack visuals, strategy content, and product demos) • Positioning guidance: category creation, differentiation, and authority building 4. A Simple, Actionable Playbook We want a concise plan we can immediately execute: • Posting cadence • Topic clusters • Examples of 5–10 posts • Lead magnet / content sequencing recommendations • Founder-led marketing strategy ⸻ The Ideal Freelancer Must-haves: • Proven experience creating or guiding LinkedIn strategies for CFOs, finance leaders, or C-suite personas • Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Hub) • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS messaging and founder-led content • Ability to advise, simplify, and build a premium, authoritative brand voice • Strong copy instincts — clear, sharp, strategic • Individual contributor only (no agencies) Nice-to-haves: • Experience with early-stage SaaS go-to-market • Understanding of accounting, FP&A, or board-level reporting • Ability to review our materials and extract insights quickly ⸻ Engagement Details • One-off advisory session + short written plan • Fixed price (please quote) • Additional paid work likely as we grow, including ongoing content, messaging, and GTM advisory • Beta-stage timing: we’re preparing to onboard early adopters now ⸻ To Apply Please include: 1.
