Description: We are a UK-based property finance brokerage specialising in bridging loans and mortgages for foreign nationals (non-UK residents and overseas investors). Our target market includes investors and developers in regions such as Nigeria, Ghana, UAE (Dubai), Hong Kong, Singapore, and India. We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Ads expert to build and manage our campaign from scratch — creating the full lead generation system end-to-end. Responsibilities Research and define best audience targeting (job titles, industries, geographies). Create ad campaigns from the ground up (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Conversation Ads, Retargeting). Write compelling ad copy and design visuals that convert. Build LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms with pre-qualifying questions (loan size, property location, exit strategy, urgency, etc.). Set up tracking + integration with CRM for instant follow-up. Optimise campaigns weekly to improve CPL (cost per lead) and ROI. Provide regular performance reports and scaling recommendations. Target Audience Foreign nationals looking to buy/invest in UK property. Job titles: Property Developer, Real Estate Investor, Managing Director, CEO, Director, Landlord.
