We are a dynamic team preparing to launch a service for business leaders across the UK, US, and other English-speaking markets. We are looking for an elite performance marketing expert to lead our paid acquisition efforts for the critical first 90 days. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be the lead of a major B2B launch campaign. Your Mission: You will be the owner and manager of our paid media engine, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and YouTube. Your mission is to build and scale a profitable customer acquisition funnel from scratch, targeting senior decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, MDs) and driving sales for our premium offering. Key Responsibilities: -Develop, launch, and manage ROI-focused paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and YouTube. -Implement a full-funnel strategy: Top-of-Funnel (video views for awareness) and Bottom-of-Funnel (retargeting for conversions). -Drive maximum ROI from a limited, scrappy launch budget. Your primary goal is to make our ad spend go further and achieve an aggressive target Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). -Define and execute precise audience targeting to reach business leaders in specific industries and geographies. -Conduct continuous A/B testing of creative, copy, and landing pages to drastically improve performance and maximize budget efficiency. -Provide clear, data-driven weekly reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations. We're Looking for an Expert With: -Deep, demonstrable expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You must have a portfolio of successful B2B campaigns targeting senior executives. -Proven experience managing Linkedin and YouTube Ads, particularly video ad campaigns and building retargeting pools. -A track record of successfully targeting niche B2B audiences and C-level decision-makers. -A data-obsessed mindset. You are highly proficient in Google Analytics, ad platform reporting, and tracking ROI. -Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and take ownership of the results. -Experience with B2B SaaS, FinTech, or high-ticket consulting services is a major plus. Project Scope: Duration: This is an initial 3-month contract for our launch sprint. For the right partner, this has strong potential to become a long-term engagement. Time Commitment:We are looking for someone who can dedicate approximately 15-25 hours per week for the initial launch phase. Expertise Level: Expert.
