This role is responsible for overseeing compliance, permitting and coordination, stakeholder and financial management, risk control, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with regional teams to review and challenge penalty notices where appropriate, ensuring fines are processed accurately and within required timescales.We deliver safety, warmth, and comfort to homes and businesses. Here’s how you will contribute…Team Leadership & Performance ManagementManage and support a team responsible for overseeing all liabilities associated with our streetworks activities.Develop and implement KPIs to monitor team performance and compliance.Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.Legislation & ComplianceEnsure all activities comply with NRSWA and TMA regulations, the associated Codes of Practice, and local permit schemes.Maintain awareness of changes in legislation and update processes accordingly.Act as the subject matter expert for liability compliance within the region.Operational DeliveryOversee the raising of permits, lane rental applications, and associated documentation.Coordinate with local authorities to secure approvals an
