Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (it is the required qualification for working in a children's home in the UK).
Experience: at least 2 years previous experience managing a care home or in a senior leadership role within the care sector.
Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills will be prefferable.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CQC regulations, health and safety requirements, and person-centred care principles.
Passion: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of residents and supporting your team.
