Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in education?Hays Education are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Chorley to recruit a passionate TA to support across Key Stage 3 and 4.
This is a long-term role, starting as soon as possible, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Your new role:

• Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 in a classroom setting.
• Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support to pupils.
• Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour.
• Providing 1:1 and small group interventions where needed.
• Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils is desirable.
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Hays).
