As our Lettings Officer, you will be responsible for the letting of all new build properties and re-let properties owned or managed by the Trust.You will support our customers from the point of shortlisting them, carrying out accompanied viewings, sign ups, and providing pre-tenancy advice and support throughout the lettings process. You will work with the Void repairs team to ensure that properties are re-let in line with current targets, and you will liaise with the Incomes Team and 360 Support to ensure the effective management of customers rent accounts.We have moved to a more digital way of working; skills will be required on all forms of technology to complete sign-up of existing stock and new build properties. You will also need to complete mutual exchanges, successions, change of tenancies, offer
