The Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in managing property lettings from start to finish. This includes liaising with landlords and tenants, conducting property viewings, handling tenancy agreements, and ensuring a smooth and efficient letting process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements.
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Managing inquiries, bookings, and feedback efficiently.
• Ensuring all properties meet legal requirements before letting.
• Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Driving: A valid driving license is required, with a 45p per mile reimbursement for travel.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills are essential. A proactive approach and a passion for property are also key to success in this role.

What We Offer:

• Competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £28,000, depending on experience.

Location: Waterloo, Liverpool
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 10.00- 3.00 PM
Additional Hours: 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day off the following week)

Travel: Must have a valid driving license (45p per mile reimbursement for travel away from the place of work)
