This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to grow market share, drive performance, and deliver exceptional service in a thriving and competitive property market.The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing and developing a team, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring a first-class experience for landlords and tenants.Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the lettings team to achieve and exceed targetsDrive new business generation through valuations, networking, and local market presenceConduct rental valuations and convert opportunities into instructionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenantsOversee property marketing to ensure maximum exposure and high-quality presentationEnsure compliance with all current lettings legislation and regulatory requirementsMonitor performance metrics, profitability, and pipeline managementHandle escalated queries, negotiations, and dispute resolution professionallyDevelop and implement local marketing strategiesRepresent the business within the Sevenoaks community and wider Kent market Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a senior negotiator or managerial roleStrong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirementsDemonstrable track record of winning new business and achieving targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills<
