Lettings ManagerBasic salary £25,000 plus a car allowance of £150 per month (£1,800) with on target earnings of £55,000. 5 days per week with alternate Saturdays. This is a Lettings Mangers role in that while the responsibilities from day one will include both managerial and negotiator aspects, we are looking for someone to build their own team within a short time frame of 3 to 6 months and to make it your own department by building relationships, attending local events and networking so initially you would be doing all of the viewings and the listings.You will have full support as there is a very capable Property Manager coupled with strong admin and back office support. The existing managed portfolio currently sits at 300 properties.
