One of London’s leading independent residential agencies, with over 30 years’ experience operating at the luxury end of the property market, is looking for an experienced and accomplished Property Coordinator / Lettings Administrator to join its small but well-established Lettings team.The company specialises in prime residential properties across North-West and Central London and has built an outstanding reputation for professionalism, discretion, and exceptional client service.The Property Coordinator/Lettings Administrator will receive up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fully office-based role in Marylebone with some flexibility around working hours.The RoleReporting to the Lettings Director, you will be responsible for lettings administration, renewals, and tenancy management, while also providing PA support.Key responsibilities include:Managing the full lettings administration process from instruction through to move-in.Preparing property details, tenancy agreements, and compliance documentation.Coordinating renewals and tenancy management.Liaising with landlords, tenants, and third parties.Providing administrative and PA support to the Lettings Director.Assisting with accounts processes where required.The Ideal Candidate:3–5 years’ experience in a similar lettings administration/coordination role.Strong understanding of the full lettings process from marketing to renewals.Experience working with a prime or luxury residential portfolio preferred.ARLA qualified (or working towards).Reapit experience is advantageous.Highly organised, professional, and detail-oriented.Why Apply?Prestigious prime London portfolio.Established, reputable independent agency.Collaborative team environment.<
