This role gives you the chance to be hands-on, visible, and fully involved in the day-to-day heartbeat of the department.What you’ll be doingProviding full administrative support across the lettings processManaging enquiries and responding quickly, efficiently and professionallyPreparing documentation, progressing files and ensuring compliance is spot-onCoordinating appointments, keeping diaries updated and juggling priorities with easeHandling system updates, data entry and general office organisationWorking closely with the team to ensure a seamless experience for landlords and tenantsWho we’re looking forYou don’t need property or lettings experience BUT you do need to bring the right behaviours.Confident working in a reactive, fast-paced environmentThrives on variety, you may be mid-task when something urgent lands, and you’re happy to pivotHighly organised, accurate and naturally attentive to detailTech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quicklyPositive energy, proactive mind
