What You’ll Do

As a Leisure Receptionist, you will:

• Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression
• Handle guest queries with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Make/answer calls and relay messages via phone, email or face to face, ensuring all communications are passed to the relevant departments.
• Make bookings and reservations and take payments using the in-house system
• Check in customers on arrival, delivering a 5-star service
• Sign up new leisure members and explain membership benefits
• Conduct guided tours of the facilities
• Assist in coordinating the Swim School Programme alongside the leisure team
