Perhaps you're currently working in a similar role and looking for a change or possibly lecturing in a Law School and looking to move back to a firm? In any case, as the Legal Learning Manager you will be responsible for the design, development and management of learning programmes that enhance the technical legal knowledge and legal skills of our client's lawyers, primarily in the EMEA region - in person, virtual or e-learning programmes. There will also be opportunities to design and facilitate workshops for junior lawyers and to supervise and develop more junior members of the team.You'll get to collaborate with the relevant partners, knowledge lawyers, Regional Heads of Knowledge, other key stakeholders, and colleagues across the People function to support specific practice area learning and development initiatives. It goes without saying that you will have excellent technical and legal knowledge, experience in the design and delivery of learning across multiple platforms and a broader appreciation of learning and development activities in a professional services environment.
