We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join Forterro, a leading pan European software and services company, focusing on the Nordics region. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in supporting the Nordic operations for a sales lead IT/Software organisation. Description The Legal Counsel will play a pivotal role in providing both corporate and commercial legal support to Forterro. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, with a primary emphasis on providing commercial legal support for the Nordic located aspects of our business and product lines (and such other jurisdictions and products as may be required), and further providing global legal support (where required) in support of corporate initiatives and strategy, specifically as it relates to M&A integration.
