About the Role As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and flourish within the classroom environment. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo, and wider school team to ensure the child receives personalised, consistent, and high-quality support.
