Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other professionals, you will help pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop independence within a nurturing, inclusive environment. You will: Support individual pupils and small groups to engage with lessons and tasksClarify and explain instructions, learning activities, and use of resourcesProvide encouragement, reassurance, and positive feedback to promote focus, confidence, and self-esteemDeliver targeted support in areas such as reading, spelling, numeracy, handwriting, and presentationHelp create a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment No two days are the same, and every day offers the chance to make a me
