This may be supporting with personal care and/or literacy and numeracy.You will be a key part of the Student Support team, and will assist in the planning, preparation & reviewing of learning in conjunction with relevant curriculum staff, providing feedback and carrying out reviews as appropriate to ensure students are making expected progress and working towards outcomes.You will have the personal skills to be able to effectively support students, dealing with challenging behaviour when it arises, and helping them to develop their own coping strategies.You will…You will have the personal skills and experience to be able to effectively support students, dealing with challenging behaviour when it arises, and helping them to develop their own coping strategies.
