About
As a Learning Support Assistant, your role will involve:
• Working with skilled teachers to support the delivery of high-quality classroom practice
• Providing targeted support to individual pupils or small groups
• Contributing to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
What we are looking for:
• Ideal candidates will bring a positive, flexible attitude and be adaptable to work across different areas of the school as needed
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy to effectively support teaching and learning in the classroom
• Previous experience working with children across the primary age range is highly desirable. NVQ Level 3 is also desirable although we welcome applications from both experienced and inexperienced candidates
• We value team players who show imitative, build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community

Salary range: BR4 £18,936 - £19,070 (FTE £24,435 - £24,608)
