Qualifications

• To be successful in this role, you'll need a genuine passion for supporting young people and a commitment to helping them reach their full potential.
• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Experience working with young people, particularly those with additional needs or challenging behaviors (beneficial)
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures in an educational setting
• Digital literacy skills
• Full driving license and access to transport (for some roles)

Education

• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification)
