Join NCHA as a Support Worker at our Worksop Supported Living services. You will need a valid driving licence for this role. Our team supports individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours live more independently.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll:

Support residents with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care
Help individuals access the community and leisure activities
Assist with appointments, shopping, finances, and medication
Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Manage challenging behaviours with resilience and empathy

The Service

Our 24/7 Worksop Supported Living service supports residents across five homes. We focus on person-centred care, helping people live fulfilling lives in a safe, supportive environment.


✅ What We’re Looking For

Resilient, adaptable, and compassionate individuals
Strong communication skills
A positive attitude and commitment to improving lives
Ability to manage challenging situations safely
Experience as a Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or other patient facing roles is desirable
Full UK driving licence (vehicle not essential but helpful)


Working Hours

Shift-based: Late (14:30–22:00), Sleep-in, Early (07:00–14:30)
Includes weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins
Bonuses for waking nights and sleep-in shifts
