This role sits within the People Development team and focuses on onboarding new starters, supporting career development, and contributing to the delivery of Emerging Talent programmes.This role will assist the People Development Business Partner to design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality, engaging, and impactful training initiatives, while working collaboratively with the wider People team to support the successful delivery of People Projects.What you’ll be doingDeliver the HF induction programme alongside other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for our new starters, making sure they have the right tools to succeed, embedding our culture and values, and providing our people with the platform they need to thrive in their roles.Work with Line Managers and other stakeholders to help them onboard new starters into their teams effectively.Assi
