You'll support apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey, visiting them in the workplace every 6-8 weeks and working remotely in between visits. You'll liaise with employers to monitor progress, provide guidance, and help apprentices apply what they've learned in the training centre to real-world engineering tasks.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in an engineering discipline and a passion for helping others succeed. Previous assessing or teaching experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right person.
