Role Overview:The Learning & Culture (L&C) organization supports the creation, curation, and deployment of end-to-end learning solutions to increase organizational and employee success. The Learning Advisor is a strategic Human Resources professional who helps identify the Learning needs of their coverage area and determine the appropriate solution in alignment with the Learning & Culture Menu of Services. The role works in close partnership with key business and HR stakeholders to deliver an integrated strategy. What you'll do: Help execute and market a Learning strategy that supports HR and business priorities and leverages enterprise solutionsDevelop Learning strategy in partnership with manager and in alignment broader product/function Learning strategyConduct root cause and gap analyses to identify opportunities and appropriate solutionsPartner with other Learning Advisors to consult with stakeholders in the coverage areaAdvises and ensures that learning products developed within the coverage area comply with standards and policies; where applicable, work with SMEs/originators outside of L&C to navigate Learning governanceAssist with measuring the effectiveness and success of training interventions, a
