We're a creative and digital agency helping brands turn curiosity into action. When a potential client opens our emails twice or more that’s our signal to follow up. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for someone who’s quick, articulate, and confident on the phone. Someone who knows how to guide a warm lead into a meaningful conversation. Your role will be to follow up promptly, understand what caught their attention, and offer them a free 20-minute consultation with our founder (me). You’ll also help us work through a backlog of interested contacts, people who’ve engaged with our emails eight or more times but haven’t yet responded. They’re clearly interested. We just need the right voice to connect with them. What you’ll do: - Call leads within minutes of them opening an email twice - Work through a backlog of high-interest leads - Follow our simple call framework (3 clear response paths) - Capture notes and help schedule consultations - Represent us professionally and personably What we’re looking for: - Excellent communication skills and phone presence - A friendly, calm, confident tone - Ability to adapt to the flow of a conversation - Good organisation and note-taking - Experience in client-facing, outreach, or sales support roles preferred but not required To apply: We’d love to hear your voice.
