This is a permanent role with a salary of £75,000 basic and offered on a Hybrid working model of 2-3 days a week in the office near Cirencester The purpose of this role is to lead the integration function in delivering scalable, automated and data-driven business systems that enable the company's transformation strategy. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, the Lead Systems integration engineer will focus on hands-on development, integration, and optimisation of Salesforce, Hubspot, NetSuite, Halo (or similar), and associated middleware. The role will establish and maintain development frameworks, drive customisation and integration, and enable systems that underpin a modern, efficient operating model.
